After nations championship period which was during whole last year became both official league (CB and ESL) were practically dead. ClanBase is probably already out because there is no more active ladders and therefore I don't expect that admin will open any new series of tournamets for SWAT4. The ESL is still keep alive thanks to 2on2 ladder but it's not for everyone bacause people must play in couple. For active clans there was a chance to play official matches only if the admins decided to hold a cup for 3vs3 and more. The last was the ESL 4on4 cup, which was finished a year ago and our clan was second. After one year waiting there is finally chance to play again official games along with often played friendly wars.
In the near future will be opened this ladder and therefore I will use this opportunity to introduce it and invite all active clans to participate in. This will help to revival whole community and play SWAT4 at the highest possible level.
There is new map choice. It's some kind of elimination method with continuously scratch off map from total list of possible maps. It's have to be done via match coments. At the begining there is a list with 14 maps and home team (the one on the left on the matchpage) scratch off 1 map out of this list. This map can't be played. The Second team choose another 2 maps. Then home team choose 2 maps too and this continue until the home team will must eliminate 1 map from last 3 in map list. So this 2 last maps will be played in match. Elimination order is 1-2-2-2-2-2-1. Reds are number of discarded maps by home team and blue with another team. An example of this method is shown in official news on ESL webpage.
